NETWORK DETECTIVE CLUE: With fresh perspective on this case, I know what the Network Detective should do next.  It’s about time we took a look at the network traffic.  I can’t believe I didn’t think of this sooner – any good detective knows that network traffic is key – it’s elementary, my dear ninjas.

I pull up WhatsUp Gold again but this time use another plug-in, Flow Monitor, which can visualize bandwidth utilization and performance bandwidth.  I’ve put together a customized configured threshold to provide more granular tracking of specific aspects of network traffic.

Well isn’t that interesting – this Network Detective is now nearly positively sure on what’s causing this network mystery and I think I’m about to solve this case – I don’t know why the TWC, Inc team didn’t discover this sooner!
