AlarmTILT BC is an intelligent bi-directional alarm dispatcher offering e-mail, SMS and voice alert functionalities as an open and fully managed service. Critical alerts are automatically transmitted to the right destination (group or individual) regardless of the communication channel used and the number of devices, via a secured tunnel (HTTPS, leased line, GPRS, etc). With AlarmTILT BC Client, transmitted data are encrypted for an enhanced confidentiality and security.

In order to avoid any single point of failure in the incident and alert management chain, the AlarmTILT Client also acts as a connectivity monitor. AlarmTILT constantly checks the Java Client and alerts the customer's staff immediately in case of a connectivity loss.
