WhatsUp Event Analyst v9

Description

Under certain operating circumstances, the WhatsUp Event Analyst Service may halt with the following error logged in the Windows Application Event Log:  “The following error was detected, and the WhatsUp Event Analyst Service is shutting down..  Error #424  Error details: Object required.”

Workaround

Ipswitch has issued a patch for the affected versions. Later releases of WhatsUp Event Analyst will have this fix built in, and the patch will not need to be applied.
