Install
Fixed an issue that caused an upgrade to overwrite previous install logs.
Database
The installer now displays a warning dialog during the upgrade wizard that advises users that the database upgrade may take some time, and though the user interface may seem to be in a non-responsive state, it is working and must be allowed to complete.
Discovery
Upgrading no longer causes a The formatter threw an exception while trying to deserialize the message error to appear in the WhatsUp Gold web interface's Device Discovery console. To prevent this error, it is necessary to delete previously-saved discovery preferences for all web users. After upgrading, please visit the web interface's Device Discovery console and re-configure your scan preferences. Note: This fix only applies if upgrading from a prior version to 14.3.1. If you have upgraded to 14.3.0, these preferences must be deleted manually. See this Knowledge Base article for more information.
Workspace Reports
Upgrading no longer causes a FILTER_APPLICATION is undefined JScript error to appear in the Flow Monitor plug-ins Top Applications Workspace Report. To prevent this error, it is necessary to delete the previously-saved preferences for this Workspace Report from all web users' accounts. After upgrading, please visit the Workspace Report's configuration dialog and re-configure your display preferences. Note: This fix only applies if upgrading from a prior version to 14.3.1. If you have upgraded to 14.3.0, these preferences must be deleted manually. See this Knowledge Base article for more information.
Reports
Fixed an issue that caused a Jscript error when switching to or from Business Hours reporting.
Flow Monitor plug-in
Fixed an issue that caused Flow sources to stop receiving data and a resulting logged exception (an item with the same key has already been added) after enabling CBQoS.
WhatsVirtual plug-in
Fixed an issue that caused some virtual devices that were associated with VMWare Hosts to not appear in the Device Properties dialog in the web interface.
Fixed an error in the scanning of vCenter servers that would cause the Ipswitch Discovery Service to crash if an ESX 3.5 host managed by the vCenter server had a service console network card enabled.
