Existing customers may log into the customer portal to locate your serial number(s). For trouble logging into the customer portal, please contact our Customer Value Team.

Evaluator Lost Activation Key

If you are in the process of evaluating a product and are within the 30-day evaluation timeframe, visit our download page and complete the appropriate evaluation form and your activation key will be provided on the download screen. If you are outside of the 30-day timeframe, you will need to contact support for an extension of your existing evaluation.

Redownload your Product

To re-download your product, visit the Customer Portal. If you do not have access to the customer portal, visit our redownload page and enter the serial number and email address you provided during activation. If you do not have this information, please contact our Customer Value Team.
