Details

The 12.0.2 patch release is to be installed over an existing WhatsUp Gold v12 application. The patch includes fixes to the following issues:
  • The rate of change WMI Active Monitor causes the WhatsUp engine to crash when monitoring specific WMI counters.
  • A specific WinEventLog Passive Monitor causes the WhatsUp engine to crash.
  • The WinEventLog Passive Monitors, that use credentials that are deleted from the Credentials Library, cause the WhatsUp engine to crash.
  • A Performance Monitor exception error, in an Interface Utilization data rollup task, caused the database to grow rapidly. The rollup task was not being rescheduled due to this exception error.
